.SYNOPSIS...N swell will subside across Atlantic waters through
early Wed. Moderate winds and seas will prevail across the 
region thereafter through Fri as elongated low pressure 
dominates the western Atlantic, and while high pressure resides 
over the north central Atlantic. Looking ahead, expect
additional northerly swell in Atlantic waters Fri night through 
Sun night.
