moderate seas will continue across the region through early Fri.
By Fri morning, Invest AL94, is forecast to approach the NE
Leeward Islands offshore waters with fresh to strong winds and 
rough seas to 10 ft. Invest AL94 is forecast to move N of Puerto
Rico Fri night, leading to rough seas in the Atlantic waters Fri
through Sat night.
