.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will prevail across the 
Caribbean through the weekend, with light to gentle winds across
the Atlantic waters, increasing to gentle to moderate early next
week. Seas are forecast to build in northerly swell in the 
Atlantic and Caribbean passages through the weekend, bringing 
moderate to nearly rough seas.
