.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds will prevail through Tue,
increasing to gentle to moderate thereafter. Long-period 
NE to E swells generated by Hurricane Kirk presently far away 
from the region over the north-central Atlantic are expected to 
impact the regional waters, including the Caribbean passages, 
through tonight, slowly subsiding during the early part of the 
upcoming week. Looking ahead, additional long-period swells, 
generated by Hurricane Leslie also forecast to track well ENE of 
the area, may impact the Atlantic waters and Caribbean passages 
by the end of the forecast period.
