.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds and slight to moderate seas 
will prevail through Fri due to the gradient between weak high 
pressure over the western Atlantic and Hurricane Kirk over the 
central Atlantic. Long-period northeast to east swells generated 
by major Hurricane Kirk presently over the central Atlantic about
well ENE of the northern Leeward Islands are expected to reach 
the regional waters, including the Caribbean passages, Fri night
through the upcoming weekend.
