.SYNOPSIS...Mainly gentle to moderate trades and slight to
moderate seas will prevail across the Atlantic and Caribbean 
waters through the next several days. A lingering upper-level 
trough and a weak passing tropical wave is boosting shower and 
thunderstorms and will continue over the next few days. 
Thunderstorms will also affect the coastal waters of western 
Puerto Rico each afternoon. Another tropical wave will bring 
active weather around Sat.
