.SYNOPSIS...A tropical wave is over the eastern Caribbean near
68W. Scattered to numerous showers and thunderstorms in its wake 
may be accompanied by gusty winds and rough seas. The wave will
continue on westward, with environmental conditions expected to 
become more conducive for development once the system reaches 
the western Caribbean Sea late this week and over the weekend. A
tropical depression could form during that time.
