.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh E to NE winds will
continue across the area waters through Mon as a weak western 
Atlantic ridge remains along about 31N. A tropical wave currently
over the central tropical Atlantic could see gradual development
over the next few days, before reaching the Lesser Antilles on Mon.
Thereafter, gradual development of this system is expected, and 
a tropical depression could form as it moves westward across the 
Caribbean through Wed night.
