.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to locally fresh E to NE winds will
continue across the waters through Sat as the pressure gradient 
between a central Atlantic ridge and the Colombian low persists.
A tropical wave currently over the central tropical Atlantic 
could see gradual development over the next few days, and a 
tropical depression could form some time next week while it
moves westward, reaching the Lesser Antilles on Monday and 
continuing across the Caribbean Sea through the middle to latter 
part of the week.
