.SYNOPSIS...Hurricane Ernesto N of the area located about 235 nm
NW of San Juan, Puerto Rico, or near 21.7N 68.3W at 5 PM EDT. It 
is moving northwest at 14 kt. Maximum sustained winds are 65 kt 
with gusts to 80 kt, and the minimum central pressure is 989 mb. 
Ernesto is forecast to continue to strengthen as it moves in a 
northerly motion over the western Atlantic through the end of the 
week. Marine conditions will begin to gradually improve across 
the area Thu night through Fri. Atlantic high pressure will build
westward across the region along 21N late Fri into early next 
week, bringing a return to a more typical trade wind flow across 
the basin.
