.SYNOPSIS...Fresh winds, rough seas and scattered to numerous
squalls and thunderstorms, associated with a passing vigorous 
tropical wave, will continue to impact the local waters through
early Fri before exiting to the west. Moderate to fresh winds 
and moderate seas will return Fri through the upcoming weekend
as
high pressure builds to the north of the area.
