.SYNOPSIS...North central Atlantic high pressure will support 
moderate easterly winds and moderate seas through tonight. Winds
and seas will increase across the Atlantic waters on Wed through
Thu associated with a passing vigorous tropical wave. Moderate 
winds and seas will return Fri as high pressure builds to the 
north of the area.
