.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic high pressure will support gentle to 
moderate easterly winds and moderate seas through tonight. Winds
and seas will increase across Atlantic waters on Wed through Thu
associated with a passing vigorous tropical wave. Moderate winds
and seas will return Fri as high pressure builds to the north of
the area.
