.SYNOPSIS...The Atlantic high pressure will support gentle to 
moderate easterly winds and moderate seas through Tue night. 
Winds and seas will increase across Atlantic waters on Wed 
through Thu associated with a passing vigorous tropical wave. 
Moderate winds and seas will return Fri as high pressure builds 
to the north of the area.
