.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between Atlantic high pressure
located along 30N-31N and relatively lower pressure in South 
America will maintain moderate winds and seas across the
regional waters through Wed. Trade winds are expected to 
increase to fresh Wed night through Sat as Atlantic high 
pressure shifts W and strengthens slightly.
