.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between Atlantic high pressure
located along 30N-31N and relatively lower pressure in South 
America will maintain moderate winds and seas across the
regional waters into tonight. The trade winds are forecast to 
increase to fresh Wed through Fri night as Atlantic high 
pressure strengthens.
