.SYNOPSIS...The pressure gradient between Atlantic high pressure
and relatively lower pressures in South America will maintain
mostly moderate trade winds and moderate seas across the 
regional waters through Tue. The trade winds are forecast to 
increase to fresh speeds Tue night as Atlantic high pressure 
strengthens some.
