.SYNOPSIS...The gradient related to central Atlantic high 
pressure will allow for fresh trade winds along with moderate 
seas across the regional forecast waters for the next few days. 
Seas will build to near 8 ft Fri night through Sat night over the
Atlantic waters. Expect increasing moisture in the eastern 
Caribbean Fri and Fri night in association with a tropical wave.
