.SYNOPSIS...An upper level trough is causing scattered 
thunderstorms across the area. This will persist through tonight 
with a chance of locally heavy rain, frequent lightning, and 
gusty winds. High pressure centered NE of the area will maintain
primarily moderate trade winds over the region into tonight. 
Winds and seas will then diminish into Sat night as the high 
pressure shifts east of the area, becoming gentle to moderate 
into early next week.
