.SYNOPSIS...A mid and upper level trough will provide
thunderstorms into mid-week, with a chance of heavy rain, 
frequent lightning, and gusty winds. High pressure over the 
western and central Atlantic waters will maintain primarily 
moderate trade winds over the region into the latter part of the
week. Looking ahead, winds and seas will diminish Fri night as 
the high pressure shifts east of the area.
