.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western and central Atlantic 
waters will maintain mostly moderate trade winds over the region
through the forecast period. A deep layer trough extending SW to
just NW of Puerto Rico will shift E and away from the region
through late Sat. This trough will bring numerous showers and 
thunderstorms to area through the weekend, some if which may
contain strong gusty winds and frequent lightning.
