.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western and central Atlantic 
waters will maintain mostly moderate trade winds over the region
through the forecast period, except for gentle winds over the 
Caribbean waters Tue and Tue night. An upper-level trough
currently northwest of Hispaniola and a surface trough NE of 
Puerto Rico will shift eastward and away from the region through
late Sat. These features will continue to bring numerous showers
and thunderstorms to the Atlantic waters and Caribbean waters
east of 71W through the weekend. Some of this activity may 
contain strong gusty winds and frequent lightning.
