.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western and central Atlantic 
waters will maintain mostly moderate trade winds over the region
through the forecast period, except for gentle winds over the 
Caribbean waters Tue and Tue night. An upper-level trough and 
surface trough from NNE of Hispaniola to NE of Puerto Rico will 
shift eastward and away from the region into Sat. These features 
will continue to bring numerous showers and thunderstorms to 
Atlantic waters through the weekend. Some of this activity 
may contain strong gusty winds and frequent lightning.
