.SYNOPSIS...High pressure over the western and central Atlantic 
waters will maintain mostly moderate trade winds over the region
through the forecast period, except for light to gentle winds
over the Caribbean waters Tue and Tue night. A surface trough
expected to soon form north-northeast of Hispaniola, and 
extend to the northeast of Puerto Rico is expected to shift 
northeast of Puerto Rico through Fri night, with rather weak
low pressure along it the tracks east-northeastward. The trough 
will trail southwestward to the waters just north of Puerto Rico
through late Sat. This feature will keep active weather over the
forecast Atlantic waters through late Sat. Expect for active 
weather to continue over the Atlantic during most of the
weekend.
