.SYNOPSIS...A surface ridge across the W Atlantic waters will  
weaken today, resulting in gentle to moderate SE winds across
the area through Fri and light to gentle winds through the 
remainder of the forecast period. Moderate seas expected to 
continue across the Atlantic waters through tonight and resume 
Mon night. A surface trough may develop N of Hispaniola today 
and move NE toward the waters just north of Puerto Rico through 
the weekend accompanied with convection enhancing winds and seas.
