.SYNOPSIS...A 1020 mb high pressure near Bermuda and its 
associated ridge across the SW Atlantic waters will sustain 
moderate to fresh easterly trade winds through tonight. The ridge
is forecast to weaken on Thu N of the area, resulting in gentle 
to moderate SE winds Thu and Fri and light to gentle variable 
winds through Sat night. Gentle to moderate trades are expected
the remainder forecast period. Moderate seas expected to 
continue across the Atlantic waters through Thu night and resume
Mon night. Looking ahead, a surface trough may develop N of 
Hispaniola tonight into Thu and move NE toward the waters just 
north of Puerto Rico through the weekend accompanied with 
showers.
