.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough over eastern Hispaniola will
continue to enhance the formation of scattered showers and
isolated thunderstorms in the eastern Greater Antilles and
surrounding waters. Trade winds will increase some beginning 
this weekend under the influence of broad high pressure that will
be building over the western Atlantic behind a cold front.
