.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from near 19N67W northward 
into the Atlantic to near 25N65W. Related instability will assist
in the development of scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms
over the regional waters. The surface trough will also strengthen
the easterly winds today into Friday, before becoming northeast 
on Saturday under the influence of a surface high pressure moving
off the eastern coast of the United States.
