.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough through the Mona Passage is 
supporting scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms that are 
affecting Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and the adjacent 
waters. Mainly moderate trades will prevail across the local
Atlantic and Caribbean waters, increasing slightly by the end of
the week. Slight to moderate seas are forecast across the area 
through the forecast period.
