.SYNOPSIS...The surface trough analyzed across Puerto Rico is
producing scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms that area affecting
Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands and the nearshore waters. 
Gentle to moderate trades will prevail in the Atlantic, with 
mainly moderate trades in the Caribbean. Slight to moderate seas 
are forecast across the area through the forecast period.
