.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough extends from the central Atlantic to
the NE Caribbean Sea producing scattered showers across Puerto
Rico and the Virgin Islands. Moderate to fresh trades in the 
Atlantic through tonight will diminish to gentle to moderate 
thereafter. Mainly moderate trades will prevail in the Caribbean.
Slight to moderate seas are forecast across the area through the
forecast period.
