.SYNOPSIS...A 1013 mb low pres positioned NE of the Leeward 
Islands and associated surface trough are enhancing convergence
across Puerto Rico and the US Virgin Islands, resulting in a few
showers and isolated thunderstorms affecting the islands and
surrounding waters. The weak low pressure will move NE to the 
central subtropical Atlantic by Thu morning. The weak pressure 
pattern will result in mainly gentle to moderate ENE winds 
through the forecast period for the Atlantic and Caribbean 
waters.
