.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough positioned north of the Leeward
Islands will produce a few showers and isolated thunderstorms
over the Atlantic waters through tonight. A weak low pressure 
may form along the trough tonight and move NE to the central
subtropical Atlantic by Thu morning. The weak pressure pattern 
will result in mainly gentle to moderate ENE winds through the 
forecast period for the Atlantic and Caribbean waters.
