.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough positioned north of the Leeward
Islands will produce a few showers and isolated thunderstorms
over the Atlantic waters today. A weak low pressure may form
along the trough on Thu and move northeastward. The weak 
pressure pattern will result in mainly moderate easterly winds 
through the forecast period for the Atlantic and Caribbean 
waters.
