.SYNOPSIS...A surface trough over Hispaniola will bring some 
showers and isolated thunderstorms to the Atlantic waters 
over the next couple of days. High pressure north of the island
will maintain moderate to fresh easterly winds during the next 
several days. Primarily moderate seas are expected through the 
forecast period.
