.SYNOPSIS...Trade winds will increase slightly from tonight 
through Fri, with fresh to occasionally strong NE to E winds
expected. Winds will then diminish slightly to moderate to fresh
over the weekend. Large N swell will move through the regional 
waters through Thu. This large swell will become mainly easterly
Fri through Sat morning before subsiding slightly.
