.SYNOPSIS...Gentle to moderate winds will prevail today as high 
pressure begins to build over the western Atlantic. A weak front
will move SE across the local area this afternoon through Tue, 
with trade winds increasing to fresh speeds over the area waters
tonight and persisting through Fri. High pressure behind the 
front will dominate the W Atlantic through Thu. Large N swell 
will move through the regional waters Tue night through Wed night
before subsiding.
