.SYNOPSIS...Light to gentle winds are expected over the local 
Atlantic waters today while gentle to moderate trade winds 
prevail over the Caribbean waters. Winds will increase to 
moderate speeds on Mon, as high pressure begins to build over the
western Atlantic. A weak front will move SE across the local 
area Mon afternoon through Tue, with trade winds increasing to 
fresh speeds over the area waters Mon night through Wed, then 
fresh to strong Wed night and Thu.
