.SYNOPSIS...Weak Atlantic high pressure centered near 25N50W 
will shift slowly eastward through the weekend as a cold front 
moves across the western Atlantic and reaches Hispaniola Sun. 
Light to gentle winds are expected over the local Atlantic waters
through the weekend while moderate trade winds prevail over the 
Caribbean waters. Winds will increase to moderate speeds on Mon, 
as high pressure builds over the western Atlantic in the wake of 
the cold front. The weakened front will move SE across the local 
area Mon through Mon night, with trade winds increasing to fresh 
speeds over the area waters Mon night through Wed.
