.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure centered near 24N51W will 
shift slowly eastward through the weekend as a cold front moves 
across the western Atlantic and reaches Hispaniola Sun. Light to
gentle winds are expected over the local Atlantic waters through
Sun. Winds will increase to moderate speeds by Mon as high 
pressure builds over the western Atlantic in the wake of the cold
front. Moderate trade winds over the Caribbean waters will 
prevail through the upcoming weekend. The weakened front will 
move SE across the local area Mon through Mon night, with trade 
winds increasing to fresh speeds over the area waters Mon night
into Tue.
