.SYNOPSIS...1020 mb Atlantic high pressure centered near 24N51W
will shift slowly eastward through the weekend, as a cold front
moves across the western Atlantic and reaches Hispaniola by Sun
morning. Moderate trade winds over the regional waters will 
diminish to gentle speeds Fri through Sun, then increase back to 
moderate speeds Sun night as high pressure over the western 
Atlantic shifts eastward behind the cold front. Moderate trade 
winds over the Caribbean waters will continue through the 
upcoming weekend. The weakened front will move SE across the
local area on Mon, with trade winds increasing to fresh speeds 
over the area waters Mon evening and night.
