.SYNOPSIS...Moderate trade winds over the Atlantic regional 
waters will diminish to gentle speeds Fri through Sun, then 
increase back to moderate speeds Sun night as high pressure 
over the western Atlantic shifts eastward. Moderate trade winds 
over the Caribbean waters will continue through the upcoming 
weekend. Trade winds increase to fresh speeds over the Atlantic
and Caribbean waters Mon night.
