.SYNOPSIS...Moderate to fresh trade winds across the regional
waters will diminish to moderate speeds tonight. Afterward, 
gentle to moderate E to SE winds will dominate through Fri night.
With high pressure N of the area shifting eastward as a cold 
front approaches from the west, winds will further diminish to 
light to gentle speeds over the weekend. Otherwise, moderate seas
over the Atlantic waters will become slight early on Thu and 
prevail through the rest of the forecast period.
