.SYNOPSIS...Large northerly swell entering the regional Atlantic
waters tonight will peak around 10 ft on Wed, then begin to subside
across the Atlantic waters and passages Wed night through Thu.
Meanwhile, a cold front is moving slowly eastward across the
northern Leeward Islands tonight with moderate to locally fresh
northerly winds across the local waters. A relatively weak 
pressure gradient across the region, associated with a low 
pressure system near Bermuda will support generally benign 
marine conditions Fri and Fri night as the low moves SE to near
26N59W by Thu. This low will weaken and lift north of the area 
Fri into Sat, ahead of a cold front moving toward Bermuda and 
across the Bahamas. Looking ahead, fresh winds will accompany the
front as it moves across the local area Sat and Sun, with rough 
seas across Atlantic waters.
