.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure is shifting east today, ahead
of a cold front currently across the western Atlantic and into 
northeast Dominican Republic. Expect moderate SE to S winds and 
moderate seas today, as the cold front moves into Hispaniola. The
front will weaken as it moves SE and across the local area 
tonight through Tue. Large N swell will reach the regional waters
Tue afternoon and persist through Wed night before subsiding. 
Deepening low pressure located NW of Bermuda will begin to move 
S-SE tonight and gradually weaken as it continues this motion, 
reaching near 25N61W on Thu, where it will dissipate.
