.SYNOPSIS...Atlantic high pressure ridge will shift E across the
Atlantic through Mon, ahead of a cold front currently across the
western Atlantic and into eastern Cuba. Expect moderate SE to S 
winds and moderate seas through Mon, as the cold front moves into
Hispaniola. The front will weaken as it moves SE and across the 
local area Mon night through Tue. Large N swell will reach the 
regional waters late Tue and persist through Wed night before 
subsiding.
