.SYNOPSIS...A weakened pressure gradient over the region will 
maintain generally light to gentle winds over the Atlantic
waters today, and moderate winds over the Caribbean waters 
through tonight. Winds are forecast to increase afterward to 
mostly fresh speeds through the weekend as high pressure builds 
over the western Atlantic. Slight seas over the forecast waters 
will build to moderate over the Atlantic waters during the 
upcoming weekend. Conditions diminish early next week.
