.SYNOPSIS...High pressure located over the central subtropical 
Atlantic will slide eastward and into the eastern  Atlantic 
through Mon before becoming nearly stationary. However, a 
lingering ridge will remain westward across the W Atlantic 
through Mon. Fresh trade winds across the regional waters will 
veer to the SE on Mon then to the S on Tue as a cold front moves
across the western Atlantic and into the central Bahamas. The
front will weaken as it reaches from near 31N58W to NE Hispaniola
by early on Wed.
