.SYNOPSIS...High pressure located over the central subtropical 
Atlantic  will slide eastward across the eastern subtropical 
Atlantic through Mon before becoming nearly stationary. However, 
a lingering ridge will remain westward across the W Atlantic 
through Mon. Fresh trade winds across the regional waters will 
veer to the SE on Mon then to the S on Tue as a cold front moves
across the western Atlantic and into the central Bahamas. The
front is expected to weaken and stall from 25N60W to the N coast
of Hispaniola by late Wed.
