.SYNOPSIS...High pressure located over the central subtropical 
Atlantic waters will slide eastward across the eastern 
subtropical Atlantic through Mon before becoming nearly
stationary. However, a lingering ridge will remain westward 
across the W Atlantic through Sun. Fresh trade winds across the 
regional waters will diminish to moderate speeds Mon evening, and
to light to gentle speeds Tue. Light to gentle winds will then 
continue through the remaining forecast period. Otherwise 
moderate seas across the region will subside to slight seas on 
Tue.
